What were your overall thoughts on Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Bristol Rovers?
A draw was a fair result, however, we really should have seen the game out. Rovers are on a good run of form at the moment but to be leading right up to the final whistle and then to concede is quite poor.
Who has impressed you the most of Cheltenham Town's January transfer window signings?
I really like the look of Michael Hector at centre-back. He's strong, quick and composed on the ball and I think that is what we have been missing.
How do you think Marlon Pack will cope with the uncertainty over his future at the club?
He's shown he can cope very well under pressure and I expect him to be fine with this situation.
It's a tough one to be in as he doesn't know where he will be come next week but hopefully everything works out for the best.
Would you make any changes for Saturday's trip to Dagenham and if so, who and why?
I would make one change: Darren Carter in for Jason Taylor. Taylor didn't impress me in the last match. Penn and Taylor are too similar and we need someone in the middle with a bit of flair. I think the back four have done enough to remain unchanged and the Shaun Harrad/Paul Benson partnership is working very well.
What are your predictions for how the game will go?
Winning is a must. It's very tight between tenth and third at the moment and two or three bad results can drop you down as far as tenth, whereas two or three good results can take you into the automatic promotion places. I'm going for 3-1 Cheltenham.
Where do you think Cheltenham Town will finish this season?
Our squad is capable of finishing in the top three, but I think another play-off campaign is in the beckoning for Cheltenham this season. I hope I can be proved wrong!
