MARVEL-LOUS comic book characters have arrived in Cheltenham.

Iconic images featuring the world's most famous superheroes are wowing the crowds at Castle Fine Art.

The comic book front covers were hand picked by the legendary Stan Lee for Marvel's debut fine art collection.

Each can be bought on canvas or paper prints.

The Incredible Hulk has proven people do 'like him when he's angry' by selling out already and The Amazing Spider-Man has also flown off the shelves.

The Invincible Iron Man, X-Men, The Avengers and The Silver Surfer also feature.

Art consultant at The Promenade gallery James Pilworth said: "People have been getting really excited and turning into children when they see them which is great to see.

"There's always a crowd round them and they are definitely pulling people in."
