Youth orchestra gearing up for stunning show

CROWDS will be wowed as they are strung along on a musical ride by some of the county's most talented youngsters.

Gloucestershire Youth Orchestra will be performing in a concert at Newent Community School tomorrow.

They have been busy perfecting their performance in rehearsals at St Peter's High School in Stroud Road, in Gloucester.

The orchestra is made up of 60 young musicians from across the county, aged 12-19.

On the programme will be Wagner, Vaughan-Williams and Dvorak.

It starts at 7.30pm, and tickets are available on the door at £10 or £5 concessions.
